Silvery olive trees dot cypress-studded hills cultivated with Sangiovese grape vineyards. By now, the typical landscape between Florence and Siena has no need of wordy descriptions, having earned the international denomination of Chiantishire. Try Chianti Classico with cheeses, cured meat, Tuscan-style soups (beans, grains, …), roasted meat, game, grilled red meat.

Vinification
· Grapes are harvested by hand in September/October; steeping of grape skins in the must
· Fermentation at controlled low temperature
· Aging in medium-size oak casks for a minimum of 10 months; maturation in stainless steel containers and bottling during the second year; additional maturation in bottle for 10 months before distribution.

Intense ruby, garnet reflections.

Clean, with light aromas of vanilla and raspberry; ca 13-13,5%.
